All Classes at MAFF
Whether you are looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, or enroll your child into a Martial Arts class, it’s all at MAFF!
Saturday is an awesome day to train - especially with Master Alex! All ranks get to workout together and go over techniques in a fun and safe atmosphere. Hit the pads, get a sweat, and get the weekend started right.
The most advanced ranked students train with Grandmaster Dave on Tuesday and Thursday nights in the Black Belt class. This class is arguably the funnest and hardest workout on the schedule. Anyone can come watch, but only Candidates and above can participate!
While most are taking a lunch break from work, you can be training with Coach Seth on Monday and Wednesdays, 1pm-2pm. Classes are small and beginners are welcome.
All Levels of Experience are welcome to this class with Professor Justin who teaches Tuesday and Thursday nights as well as Saturdays at noon.
Our Kickboxing w/ Bag class is our most popular fitness class on the schedule. Come hit the bag and get a good workout while having fun!
No workout routine is complete without resistance training in the mix. Get ready to perfectly complement our other classes by burning fat and toning muscles in this class.
Our Kickboxing Karate class is all about shadow boxing in the mirror. Improve your technique and improve your coordination and balance.
Adults and Teens are training Monday and Wednesday nights with Master Austin and learning how to defend themselves with Dynamic Circle Hapkido. All levels are welcome.
In the Lil’ Ninjas program, we build skills for 3 and 4 year-old kids, through a combination of Martial Art drills and Pre-School games.
The Tigers Program is for children 5-6 years old who learn the basics of self defense, along with important life skills like how to listen the first time!
The Dragons program is for 7-9 years old who are excited to learn new skills and start becoming leaders
The Youth program is for 10-12 years old who are hungry to learn new things, learn valuable self-defense skills, and develop leadership qualities.
Want to train on your lunch break? Come train with Sensei Christian on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You’ll have a smaller class and get a lot done in the 45 minute class. All levels are welcome.
